Extravagant Love, Ultimate Betrayal – Sunday @ 10am
29 March 2026 10:00 am - 11:15 am
In a house in Bethany, a woman breaks open an alabaster jar of precious perfume worth a year’s wages and pours it on Jesus’ head. Some call it wasteful. Jesus calls it beautiful—a prophetic anointing for his burial. Immediately after, Judas goes to the chief priests and offers to betray Jesus for money. Two responses. Two paths.
This Palm Sunday, as we stand at the threshold of Holy Week, Mark’s Gospel asks: Which will you choose? Extravagant worship or calculated self-interest? Join us as we prepare to walk through Jesus’ final week.
Communion will be celebrated during the service. Morning tea will be served after the service.
All welcome.
