The crowd cheers as Jesus rides into Jerusalem on a donkey. But this Messiah isn’t what they’re expecting. The next day, he returns to the temple and causes chaos in a dramatic act of upending tables, scattering crowds and questioning assumptions.

Yes, we are a week early for “Palm Sunday” but some things are worth preparing for.

This Sunday – When God’s kingdom breaks in, it challenges religious systems, economic exploitation, political power and our own allegiances and priorities. Jesus doesn’t come to make us comfortable—he comes to overturn our tables and, in the process, discover life.
