Our Big, Big Story — Week 7: UN→moved
It started with wind and fire and people spilling out into the streets with a story they couldn’t keep to themselves. That was Pentecost — the birthday of the church, the moment everything changed.
Two thousand years later, the story is still moving. It moved through a small German village in 1727, where a community started praying and didn’t stop for a hundred years — and within five years were on ships to the ends of the earth.
It has moved through every generation since, carried by ordinary people who simply said yes.
This Sunday we celebrate Pentecost and close our seven-week series with a question that has been building since week one: now that we know the story, what will we do with it?
Come and celebrate. Come and be moved. Come and find your place in the big, big story.
This Sunday @ 10am. Morning Tea will be served after the service.
All Welcome.
